Candela Nogueira is the managing owner of Nogueira Law Firm and a California-licensed Immigration Attorney in San Francisco Bay Area.

For the past six years, Ms. Nogueira has dedicated her work to advocate for immigrants' rights, defending them in deportation proceedings, and successfully managing hundreds of cases including affirmative asylum, legal permanent residency applications, provisional waivers, U visas for victims of crime, naturalization, and a variety of employment-based visas for international workers and entrepreneurs.

Ms. Nogueira was born and raised in Argentina, where she graduated with honors at Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law. Prior to working in immigration, Ms. Nogueira worked at a multinational corporation in Buenos Aires, advising in employment issues and contracts law. Upon moving to the United States, Ms. Nogueira became interested in immigration law while collaborating in nonprofit organizations in Chicago and in the Bay Area, helping low-income families and victims of domestic violence.

As an immigrant herself, Ms. Nogueira understands the struggles that immigrant communities face while trying to achieve their American dream, and she hopes to help her clients by dedicating the time and attention they need during their immigration journey.
